Terms and Conditions

T&C

By booking a service at Nabani Spa, you agree to our usage, cancellation, and timeliness policies. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to modify prices, treatments, or promotions without prior notice.

  • Gift packages and certificates: Valid for 6 months from purchase. They can be transferred but are not refundable.

  • Promotions: Not combinable with other offers or discounts.

  • Minors: May only receive treatment with written authorization from a legal guardian.

Exchange and Return Policy

Appointment changes

You can reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice. Changes made outside of this timeframe are subject to availability and may incur a 50% charge.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will not incur a fee. If you cancel earlier or fail to show up, a 50% fee will be applied as compensation for the reserved time.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid affecting future clients. In this case, the service price will not change.
